THE WEB SITE TRAFFIC NETWORK
To utilize the Multilink Network service, you will need to complete the registration form to become a Multilink Network member. As a member, you can select which web sites will utilize the Multilink Network service by adding the required web site information in your account. Adding a web site consists of specifying a web site category, which is essential in exposing the web site to a targeted audience.

To activate the Multilink Network service on a web site, each web site in your account will be provided with placement code to insert into the html code of a web page, on your web site. The placement code will generate a compact structure of links, when the web page is accessed by a visitor. To simplify the remaining information, the compact structure of links generated by the placement code, will be referred to as the "Links Structure".
 Links Structure
The "Links Structure" serves a fundamental purpose with the Multilink Network service, and is structured with a combination of graphic and text links. To prevent visitors from leaving a web site through the "Links Structure", each selected link will open a new browser. The "Links Structure" is constructed into three key areas and can be referred to by using the illustration below. The purpose of each key area, will be further clarified under the "Visitors Page" section.
  • Area 1 is a linked section that directs visitors to a web page, which is referred to as the "Visitors Page".
  • Area 2 is a linked section that directs webmasters to the Multilink Network service literature on the Multilink Network web site.
  • Area 3 is a section which provides direct links for the first 5 web sites that are listed under the "Visitors Page".
